Preventing Sun Damage

Nowak Aesthetics offers one of the best treatments available for the prevention and treatment of sun damage that may lead to skin cancer.

Levulan® Kerastick® Topical Solution plus blue light illumination using BLU-U® is used to treat pre-cancerous skin lesions on the face or scalp.

These rough, scaly patches are called actinic keratoses (sometimes known as “sunspots”) and are considered to be the first step in the development of skin cancer.

Early prevention and treatment is critical.

Laser Acne Treatment in San Diego

Often viewed as just a problem for teenagers, acne can affect people of any age.

Port Wine Stain Treatment

All birthmarks should be evaluated by a dermatologist for diagnosis, treatment options, and follow up care. Port wine stains are vascular birthmarks containing dilated blood vessels.
